There are many times that I feel down, feel like I want to give up, feel like I can not withstand the pressure anymore, feel like I can not fight, feel like I lost myself, feel like life is so hard, feel unconfidence, feel I am a loser .....

I do not know how I can stand up again and again without this song "Dream". 

Even there are people who do not understand me, people who feel pity, people who look down on me,  I decided the path to walk. I will not give up and will give my life to show them that I can do it. I will not give up my dream and passion. This is me, this is what I chose! Now, go for it!

How Can We Know Ourselves?

Have you ever felt something strange about yourself?

There is the idiom saying that no one knows yourself as much as you do. But how exactly do we know ourselves? It is hard to tell and the answers are vary. For me, I think I know more than 90%, but is this really right?

I thought that I can withstand loneliness, I thought I will be ok to be alone. I do not think I would feel lonely. This is what I understand myself until last 2 years ago. I was left and I began to feel loneliness. It is sad and tormented. How can I feel this way? I thought I do not care how other people think of me, but deeply, I want to be accepted. There are more and more feeling that may be ambivalence.

I then wonder, how can we know ourselves more?
If we all knew exactly how ourselves are, the world may get better. We may know what we should do, we may understand our roles and values than ever. But the next question is, just how many people want to find theirselves?

New Facebook Timeline Is Very Impressive

Facebook is going to release a new feature call "timeline". As a geek, I am very excited as soon as I see some of my friends post their timeline photo. They said there are ways we can enable this feature as of now. As a result, I tried it and feel "awesome". This is one of the greatest information visualization I've ever seen. The best thing I like about this feature is not that it lets the user set the image on top as a cover. It is because this new feature creates a "user story" which makes the content more interesting.  Here are some pics of my timeline ; )

Found this performance on youtube. It is one of the best version I have ever heard.

What I like about this version is how the artist (Yu Wakanabe) gives rhythm to the song, especially, he can combine sliding base tone with the melody perfectly. It sounds very fantastic. I wish I could play like this someday >_

Git Init : My Talk on 15 September 2011

At the beginning of September 2011, I posted the status on Software Engineering Lab wall (on Facebook) asking whether there is anyone interested in Git or not. Some members replied me yes, and that is why I decided to conduct the talk on 15 Sep https://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=193266990743634 (actually it should be 8 Sep, but I postponed it due to loads of work).  I love Git a lot, and it is the second thing in programming world that I think "yessss this is it, this is what I really want" (the first one is Ruby/Rails). Therefore, even there was only a few people who are interested in it, I want to share my experience with them.

New Project Idea : Track It

New idea again woohoo!. Thai people often forget things. For instance, at a time Thai people hear a tragedy news, they show their opinion, blaming the wrong, and when the time passes by, they forget it all. Perhaps it is becuase we stay in the information-overwhelming era, we get flood with ton of information everyday. Thus we forget many things so that we can remember more important things. And another factor is, the news is often obsoleted. 

It will be awesome if there was an app that can help people gather the news they marked as interest.  For example, if I heard the news about the policies of the goverment and I want to track them when the time goes by, I go to such app and say 'yeah, i want to track all news about policy a and b'. Then the app create probe/agent for policy a and b which collect the news related to these policies and plot it in timely manner. It is also great if the user could define the state of the news so that the probe can notice the user when the news reach an appropriated state (think about the state of the ticket in unfuddle system).

wooo, this seems to be a big topic. ; )

New Project Idea : CSS Graph

Ok dude, I get the new idea to implement (but wonder when I could do, haha). The problem I faced now is that I got the comment from MBX CTO that I made duplication on CSS code. Yes I did, however, it is because I really do not know which codes are available for me to use. The existing css is large (with many files) that it is very hard for me to explore, and will take lot of time to understand. I come up with the idea that it will be good if I could bring CSS into a visualization displayed as network graph (woho, you guys might know that I like it and i am crazy about it).  To do so, the intelligent parser is needed so that the hierachy of CSS could be figured out correctly, and also the duplications of code chunks are needed to be detected. Well, it will be my homework to think about this application seriously when I have more time!. Just take a note now and will come back to it sooner! : )

History and Lesson Learned from Chemeka Project

Chemeka Project, an online video course, is about to end. I and my junior, Konoyama Kenji, implemented most of its feature already. In fact we got everything done but there are changes requested ftom the client that we have to handle. It impacts the data structure, luckily that we are capable to handle it. Thank to our agiity.

Before finding the next project to hold, it is great to wrap the things up, writting about what I've learned in this project. Therefore, I am about to write down the project history here.
